Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for an exchange or refund of your merchandise. A return authorization (RA) must be provided to accept your return.
You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Any electronic product that has been opened and/or used cannot be returned unless the unit was received defective. Opened software, music, games, and movies may be exchanged for the same title only. Some products are shipped from multiple locations. All returns must have a return authorization (RA) number to ensure the correct return address is provided to you.

Orders are generally processed in 24-48 and shipped via UPS or USPS at our discretion to assure prompt delivery unless an item is on back order or special handling is needed for specific situations.
If a shipment is lost or damaged we will issue an investigation and claim with the carrier and resolve the issue based on our finding of that investigation. A customer can expect communication from the investigating party to gather information necessary to close the file.
We ship to all US States and Territories. As support to our troops, we also ship to both Military APO/FPO addresses and PO boxes via USPS. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.
All orders shipped to a destination within the United States or its territories, or to APO or FPO addresses are shipped at our current shipping and handling rates and are subject to change due to rising fuel rates and surcharges. Expedited shipping is not available for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.
In some situations if an item does not pass final inspection as saleable or is sold out due to heavy demand, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund your account if a charge was applied.

ActionSportsWeb.com (Action Sports) is a top of the line footwear retail and online store located on the east coast of Florida. Not all of our brands that we carry are always online. We have several brands that are reserved for instore sales only so if there is a brand that you are interested in and do not see it online, you can feel free to contact customer service and we will be happy to assist you.
