Action Sports offers FREE ground shipping on all U.S. domestic footwear orders. Free shipping does not apply to non-footwear items or international footwear orders.

Orders are generally processed in 24-48 hours and shipped via UPS or USPS at our discretion to assure prompt, speedy delivery unless an item is on back order or special handling is needed for specific situations. 

 We ship to all US States and Territories. As support to our troops, we also ship to both Military APO/FPO addresses and PO boxes via USPS. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.

All orders shipped to a destination within the United States or its territories, or to APO or FPO addresses are shipped at our current shipping and handling rates and are subject to change due to rising fuel rates and surcharges. Expedited shipping is not available for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. 

In some situations if an item does not pass final inspection as saleable or is sold out due to heavy demand, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund your account if a charge was applied.

If a shipment is lost or damaged we will issue an investigation and claim with the carrier and resolve the issue based on our finding of that investigation. A customer can expect communication from the investigating party to gather information necessary to close the file.

Easy Returns Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for an exchange or refund of your merchandise.

You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Products must be in the NEW condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Some products are shipped from multiple locations. All returns must contain a completed return authorization form to ensure your return is routed and processed promptly.

Do not send purchases back to the manufacturer. All returns must be shipped to:

Please DO NOT use the shoe box as the actual shipping carton (example: taping the shoe box closed and affixing the mailing label directly to the shoe box). This will damage the packaging and will result in a $20.00 replacement shoe box fee, which will be deducted prior to any refund. Items listed with a "Restocking Fee" will be assessed prior to any refund.

Any return of footwear marked as "closeout" or "all sales final" before purchase will incur a 10% restocking fee.
